Lorna offers professional counselling and psychotherapy services to adults adhering fully to the code of ethics of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

After establishing what a client wishes to gain from attending therapy Lorna uses an integrative model combining different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each client.

Lorna’s aim is to offer compassionate and empathetic professional care and support to help clients achieve personal positive change.

Healthy happy relationships bring us great joy and improve our quality of life, but no relationship is without friction of some sort.

Substance Addiction

Lorna cannot medically supervise your detoxification from your substance of choice so attending your GP is an important step.

Counselling Sessions

Sessions are for one hour at the same time weekly. As clients make progress sessions can move to fortnightly and monthly. Length of time attending varies with each client.

Phone/Online Sessions

Telephone/video call sessions are available for which payment can be made in advance of session
